Chinese lens manufacturer 7Artisans has just announced a new lens compatible with APS-C cameras: the 7Artisans 35mm F/0.95.
The lens is entirely manual (focus and aperture) with a de-clicked aperture, and it is made out of metal. It’s a pretty compact and lightweight lens at just 369g.
The lens design consists of 11 elements in 8 groups. The minimum focusing distance is only 37cm/14.5in.
The front of the lens has a 52mm filter thread to attach filters.
