We have optimized one of our most popular focal lengths, the 35 mm / 1:1.4 Nokton VM, and adapted it to the latest camera technology.
The exterior of the Nokton VM II remains almost unchanged, the main changes concern the interior.
The optical design has been recalculated and adapted to the requirements of modern digital camera sensors.
Furthermore, the optical calculation has been optimized with the aim of improving the focus accuracy when using the “Live View”.
Our Voigtländer 35 mm / 1:1.4 Nokton VM II can easily be used on numerous current digital cameras, using an adapter
and their outstanding imaging performance and quality make photography a pleasure! The LH-6 lens hood,
which also fits the predecessor, is available as an option.
The image characteristics at open aperture with our typical beautiful and soft bokeh are of course retained,
as is the choice between two different coatings:
Multi-coating (M.C.) for a neutral color rendition
Single-coating (S.C.) for a classic-looking color character.
